New Hope Ministry

New Hope Ministry at Compass is a no-fee, short term, biblically based, counseling ministry available to those seeking help for life challenges.

Proverbs 19:20 listen to advice and accept instruction, that you may gain wisdom in the

future.

  • The Word of God is a central tool used to equip lay leaders, and provides thorough

instruction, and solutions, regarding the problems of life.

  • Our purpose is to minister to people by encouraging them to draw a circle around

themselves, have self-awareness, and take responsibility for their actions.

Our Beliefs:

  • Biblical change can only happen with a true saving relationship with Jesus Christ,

  • The word of God is inerrant and sufficient for all the spiritual needs in matters of

       godliness, 2 Peter 1:3.

  • The word of God is able bring change even to the deepest of needs, 2 Tim. 3:16-17.
  • As Christians we are called to holiness and obedience, 1 Peter 1:15-16; 1 John 2:3.
  • Because of the fall of man (Gen. 3), he needs the word and the work of God,

       Col. 3:16, John 3:3.
