ARRIVING FOR THE FIRST TIME
On your first visit, look for Guest Central, which is located in the main lobby. One of our team members will be available to answer questions you may have. If you are checking in children, below is the first-time visit check-in process. To provide enough time to check-in and get seated, please arrive approximately 15 – 20 minutes before the service begins.
CHECKING IN KIDS & STUDENTS
Children’s programs, infant thru 6th grade, are provided during the Saturday 5:pm & Sunday 9am & 10:45am services. Our children’s staff will assist you with checking your child in and finding the classroom. Your child will receive a name tag, you will receive a matching pick-up receipt. The pick-up receipt is required at pick up following service.
